Roger V. Abbott, Principal, Miles & Stockbridge

Roger represents government contracts in litigation, regulatory, policy and transactional matters involving federal departments and agencies. He regularly advises these clients on cybersecurity compliance, including navigating the CMMC program and its requirements in solicitations and contracts.

Adam A. Bartolanzo, Principal, Miles & Stockbridge

Adam focuses on cybersecurity and data rights issues affecting government contractors. He regularly advises clients on the CMMC program, including compliance obligations and implications for federal solicitations and contracts. He also counsels clients on the SBA’s socioeconomic government contracting programs.

Ben Tchoubineh, CEO, LEXX

Ben has launched multiple companies focused on cybersecurity and education, including LEXX most recently to help teams and individuals build real-world skills in cyber, IT and leadership. As a founding board member of the CMMC Accreditation Body, he led the creation of the CMMC training and certification ecosystem, strengthening the cyber talent pipeline for government and industry.
