Jordan Danso

Jordan Danso assists clients in a variety of corporate and securities matters.

She drafts and reviews documents for M&A transactions and works with newly formed companies to create bylaws, charters and resolutions. She also coordinates and performs due diligence and pre-closing preparation and post-closing integration activities.

Jordan has experience reviewing annual and quarterly reports and proxy and information statements, among other state and federal findings, to delineate corporate structures and financial standing for future transactions.

She earned her J.D. from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law, where she served as editor-in-chief of the Journal of Business and Technology Law, and her M.B.A. from the Johns Hopkins Carey Business School.
