Biography
Laura Cellucci has been using her practical, problem-solving approach to litigation issues for more than 20 years as a trial and appellate advocate for clients in state and federal courts.
Laura’s practice encompasses consumer class actions as well as products liability, mass and toxic tort and other high-stakes litigation. She has handled class-action cases in multiple jurisdictions, including Maryland, Delaware, New Jersey, Michigan, Pennsylvania and Florida. These cases include both nationwide and state class actions involving a variety of claims, such as contract, tort, fraud and statutory claims under the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
She routinely handles complex litigation regionally and nationally that poses substantial financial and reputational risk to her clients, and prides herself on obtaining early dismissals and summary judgment in these cases. Her disciplined approach and skill at managing multiple parties contribute to her effectiveness as an advocate.
Laura also is an experienced appellate lawyer, arguing cases before the Supreme Courts of Maryland and Delaware.
Laura is a member of the Trial Attorneys of America and has been recognized by Best Lawyers in America® for product liability litigation and mass tort litigation/class actions, among other categories, as well as by Benchmark Litigation as a "Litigation Star" for Maryland.
