Represented IT Consulting Firm in Procurement Process Challenge
Share This Page:
Represented an IT consulting firm in a federal appellate challenge alleging that a government agency improperly took corrective actions in a $1.5 billion procurement process without first seeking court approval. The client was among four companies that successfully protested the original procurement and subsequently argued that permitting agencies to unilaterally make such corrections during active litigation would undermine the integrity of the bid protest system by giving agencies unlimited opportunities to cure defective contract awards.
