Clay Harris

Clay Harris advises corporate clients on a variety of federal and state tax issues.

He assists with mergers and acquisitions and business formations and restructurings. He previously worked as a senior tax consultant at Deloitte, where he focused on subchapter K tax consequences of mergers and acquisitions, as well as tax credit financings and monetization transactions.

Clay also has experience as an underwriter and analyst in middle-market commercial banking.
