We want our actions to reflect that diversity, equity and inclusion are core values of the firm.
Our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Strategic Plan incorporates our core values regarding the firm, our attorneys and staff, and the community. The Strategic Plan centers around five pillars (priority areas) that will guide the firm through its efforts to evaluate, adjust and implement effective DEI practices and policies.
