Obtained summary judgment in a personal injury case on behalf of a manufacturer of a complex centrifuge used in the cheese making industry after successfully convincing the United States District Court for the Western District of New York that not only was plaintiff’s expert was not qualified to offer expert testimony pursuant to Daubert and the Federal Rules of Evidence but also that despite plaintiff’s experts glaring deficiencies, Plaintiff could not meet their evidentiary burden to defeat summary judgment. Omar v. GEA Mechanical Equipment US, Inc., 2026 WL 2055696 (USDC W.D.N.Y. 2026).
