Scott Wilson, a Miles & Stockbridge principal and vice chair of the Committee on Corporation Laws of the Business Law Section of the Maryland State Bar Association, co-authored an article for the Maryland Bar Journal on the intent and effect of a bill that revises the statute governing the standard of conduct imposed on directors of a Maryland corporation.
