Program Description:

Howard County, MD is known for its rich tapestry of diversity reflected by those who have migrated here from various places. With this diversity comes a vast array of opportunity in both business development and talent acquisition. It is in the celebration of diversity and economics that the Howard County Chamber alongside Visit Howard County, Asian American Chamber of Commerce, Business Women?s Network of Howard County, Maryland  Hispanic Chamber, and Maryland LGBT Chamber will host its 2nd Annual Multi-Cultural Symposium.

Sponsored by the Chamber's Annual Partner's and Loyola University, the event will afford attendees the opportunity to network in virtual breakout rooms and listen to a robust panel discussion on diversity, equity, and inclusion. Our expert panelists will share critical insights on creating an inclusive and accepting business environment, the business case for diversity and how to hold conversations on tough social issues to name a few.
