This event is held in conjunction with the High School & Collegiate Team Sports Rules Conference.
Program Description:
What is a company’s best course of action when faced with a major loss that is not its fault, or when it causes a major loss for a key business partner? This presentation will focus on identifying whether the company is protected against the loss through an indemnification agreement, and the key factors that should be considered in evaluating whether and how such a claim should be asserted without ruining critical business relationships.
