Biography

James J. Demma has practiced law in Montgomery County, Maryland, for over 30 years.

He has extensive practice dealing with boundary disputes, easements, real estate contracts, titles, conveyancing, title insurance, land patents, boundary disputes, quiet title actions and condominium developments. He is also a registered land surveyor in the State of Maryland. He has supervised and conducted over 10,000 real estate settlements for residential, commercial and industrial properties in Maryland and Washington, D.C., including the review of title examinations for those properties. He has represented purchasers, property owners, sellers and lenders in all phases of real estate development, including related litigation.
