Katrinka Duckworth
Biography
Katrinka Duckworth is an accomplished human resources executive with 20 years of experience transforming organizational cultures and driving strategic workforce initiatives in professional services and nonprofit firms.
Katrinka is responsible at Miles & Stockbridge for the ongoing development, implementation and administration of the firm’s HR functions, including performance management, employee engagement, staff recruitment and retention, compensation and benefits, legal compliance, employee relations and HR communications.
She previously worked as a regional HR manager for an international law firm.
Katrinka is active in the human resources community, including membership in the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). She mentors small businesses in human resources and business operations, as well as HR professionals and students enrolled in HR majors.
She earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration, a master’s in human resources management (2013) and an MBA (2015) from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
