Biography
Mikell Washington advises clients on the full breadth of commercial real estate transactions.
He represents buyers, sellers, developers, lenders, investors and contractors from inception to closing, including drafting transactional and ancillary documents, joint venture documents and corporate resolutions. While at Richards, Layton & Finger in Delaware, he worked with Fortune 500 companies, financial institutions and trust companies on a wide range of structured finance transactions.
Mikell was selected as a 2025–2027 Fellow of the ABA’s Real Property, Trust and Estate Law Section through its Young Lawyers Network Fellowship Program, an honor given to just 10 young lawyers nationwide each year.
