Zach Schultz talked to Mergers & Acquisitions about the state of the deal market in the government contracts sector.

“M&A within defense and intelligence has been robust and very steady,” he told M&A. “The civil subsector was down last year, mostly tied to DOGE activity. Since then, things have been coming back slowly.”
