This Hispanic Heritage Month, we are pleased to highlight Karlo Benitez-Rosario, a practice operations manager in Tysons Corner. Karlo, a native of Puerto Rico, shares how colleagues can be better allies and collaborators in honoring the diverse experiences within the Hispanic/Latinx community.

"'Latinx/Hispanic' is a broad term that encompasses a highly diverse group of individuals. I encourage others to recognize and embrace the specific heritage groups that individuals identify with, such as Puerto Rican, Peruvian, Dominican, etc. Each ethnic group has its own unique cultural distinctions, and acknowledging these differences is important and meaningful."
