Miles & Stockbridge government contracts lawyer Stephen Ramaley was recently quoted in a Law360 article on the topic, saying, "I think we need greater direct investment [in acquisition staff]. It's not just making our acquisition workforce better, it's making our acquisition workforce bigger … They're trying to bake a better pie with the same ingredients — you've got to get more ingredients."
