For #WomensHistoryMonth, we are pleased to highlight Kristin Donohoe, the firm’s Chief Financial Officer. When Kristin joined Miles & Stockbridge as CFO in 2020, she brought extensive financial experience from her previous role as Director of Global Accounting at Under Armour, Inc., but she had never before worked in a legal setting.

The shift gave Kristin the opportunity to introduce business innovations from the consumer goods sector – such as monitoring the cost of a product throughout its life cycle – which sharpened the firm’s budget forecasting. Helping her to rise to the new challenge were lessons learned from the many barrier-breaking women she had worked with throughout her career.
