Our firm’s Frederick office is proud to be a part of the rich legal history of the Frederick community. We established our presence in Frederick through the merger in 1987 of Miles & Stockbridge with the law practice of Rosenstock, Burgee & Welty, P.A.

With that merger, the firm became a successor to a combination of various law practices having their roots in the Frederick community reaching back to the 1920s. In addition to the individual attention and local command of a small-town office, the Frederick office is able to offer its clients the sophistication and resources of a large regional law firm.

Over the years, our lawyers have built strong ties in Frederick, the county seat of Frederick County, and throughout the surrounding counties of Western Maryland.  We are committed to strengthening those ties through effective legal representation and responsible community and corporate citizenship.
