The Affordable Housing Conference of Montgomery County is hosting a Winter Affordable Housing Roundtable Discussion focused on two topics:
Tools and Techniques to Increase Affordable Housing Production:
- Opportunities for increased housing development in the County, including affordable housing, through increased density and redevelopment.
- Examine examples of built projects or projects underway, such as HOC’s Hillandale and Wheaton Gateway projects.
Successful Tenant Purchases:
- Identify the key features of successful tenant purchases of apartment buildings.
- Case studies of successful tenant purchases in suburban locations.
