Sonia Shaikh will be a speaker Nov. 14 at the Philadelphia Tax Summit. She will be on a panel for “The Price is Right?: Ethics in M&A Transactions,” where attendees will understand typical ethical issues that may arise in the course of M&A transactions through the lens of tax.
The summit is co-presented by the Philadelphia Bar Association, Pennsylvania Institute of CPAs and the Philadelphia Tax Conference.
