Miles & Stockbridge Welcomes Six Talented Summer Associates

Miles & Stockbridge is pleased to welcome our 2022 Summer Associates class. This very talented class of six law students from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law and University of Baltimore School of Law will have opportunities to visit with and work with lawyers across the firm during their 8-week, in-person program.
Each student will be working with practice groups with a specific future hiring need for an entry-level associate. In addition, throughout the program, the summer associates will have opportunities to work on multiple substantive projects, from start to finish, in a specific area of interest. They also will participate in the firm’s diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives, and professional development training and social events
“Our Summer Associates program is one way that we recruit and mentor talented legal professionals from diverse backgrounds and it is our main recruiting pipeline from law school to the firm,” said Nancy Greene, chairman, president and chief executive officer of Miles & Stockbridge. “We are thrilled to get to know and work with our 2022 class in person.”
Miles & Stockbridge lawyers Stephanie Baron, Principal-in-Charge of Legal Recruiting, and Megan McGinnis, are leading the program and making sure each summer associate has an equal and robust workload. In addition, the following attorneys are serving as program coordinators to help generate and assign projects from practice groups to the summer associates: Beth Hall (Labor and Employment), Josh Kahn (Litigation), and Meg Manchester (Corporate and Securities).
