- Karthik Consulting, LLC, B-421610.2 (2023) & Karthik Consulting, LLC v. United States, 168 Fed. Cl. 95 (2023) – Successfully defended an approximately $80 million USCIS task order award from both a Government Accountability Office (GAO) protest and second-bite protest before the U.S. Court of Federal Claims (COFC). After GAO dismissed the initial protest as untimely, COFC ruled in favor of the awardee in a decision recognizing that under SBA’s regulations, a protester that had graduated from the 8(a) program could no longer compete on further multiple-award contract task orders set aside for 8(a) program participants.
- Chugach Range & Facilities Servs., JV, LLC, B-420458.6, B-420458.10 (2024); T&H Servs., LLC (2024); & Chugach Range & Facilities Servs., JV, LLC v. United States, -- Fed. Cl. -- (2024) – Successfully defended an approximately $550 million contract award for installation support services at the Redstone Arsenal outside Huntsville, Alabama, from two GAO protests brought by unsuccessful offerors. After one of the disappointed offerors filed a second-bite protest at COFC, successfully defended the award again before the Court, resulting in the denial of a myriad of protest allegations both times.
- Kupono Gov’t Servs., LLC; B-421392.9 et al. (2023): Successfully prosecuted a bid protest challenging corrective action taken in response to a number of protests challenging an award for management and operation services at the Department of Energy’s national training center. The victory represented a rare instance of a protest challenging agency corrective action being sustained at GAO, becoming one of the most important bid protest decisions of 2023 as reported by Law360.
- H2K Solutions, Inc., B-422790.2 et al. (2024): After prosecuting an initial protest challenging the award of a $30 million CBP task order for IT management services that resulted in corrective action flipping the award to the client, successfully defended the post-corrective action task order award from a GAO protest brought by the previous awardee.
- Bering Straits Professional Servs., LLC, B-422869 (2024): Successfully defended a $720 million ICE contract award for detention management, transportation, and food services at the Krome Service Processing Center in Miami, Florida, from a GAO protest brought by a disappointed offeror.
- New Generation Sol., LLC, B-422428 (2024): Successfully defended a $64 million DISA task order award for IT services from a GAO protest brought by a disappointed offeror.
- NTT Data Servs. Fed. Gov’t, LLC, B-421708.3, B-421708.4 (2023): Successfully defended a $27 million CDC task order award for on-site software application hosting services from a GAO protest brought by a disappointed offeror.
