Biography

Amanda Fruman assists businesses and their owners in every phase of a company’s life cycle, including mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters.

She graduated summa cum laude from the University of Baltimore School of Law, where she was inducted into the Heuisler Honor Society and served on the executive board and as production editor for the University of Baltimore Law Review.

Amanda was a 2024 summer associate at Miles & Stockbridge. While in law school, she served as a judicial intern for Chief Justice Matthew J. Fader of the Supreme Court of Maryland.
