Ashley M. Triplett

Ashley Triplett focuses her practice in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, private capital market transactions, entity structuring and formation and general corporate law. She counsels clients across a variety of industries including government contracting and private equity.

In addition to her M&A experience, she routinely manages ongoing corporate matters for clients, including the negotiation of various commercial agreements, preparation of stockholder and operating agreements, board resolutions, assignments, amendments and stock option grants. She also advises clients on securities law compliance and export control matters.

Ashley graduated at the top of her class from the University of Baltimore School of Law. She was a member of the Heuisler Honor Society, production editor of the University of Baltimore Law Review and a student attorney with the University of Baltimore Community Development Clinic. She was a summer associate with Miles & Stockbridge in 2016 and 2017.
