Biography

Brian Filler represents business clients in a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, commercial agreements, corporate governance and a variety of transactional matters.

In addition to his corporate practice, Brian regularly advises clients through U.S. premerger notifications before the Federal Trade Commission and Department of Justice and on compliance with the Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act of 1976.

Prior to joining Miles & Stockbridge, Brian served as senior counsel for one of the country’s largest privately held wireless infrastructure companies, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, negotiating complex commercial agreements, debt financing, real estate leasing, and general corporate law matters.
