Biography
Connor Kehoe represents businesses in a variety of corporate transactions, assisting clients throughout the entire life cycle of a business.
He advises clients on entity formation, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters, as well as drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, capital raises and securities compliance.
Connor graduated magna cum laude from The Catholic University Columbus School of Law, where he completed a securities certificate program and worked at a low-income tax clinic to help clients settle disputes with the IRS. While at law school, he also interned in the general counsel’s office of a multinational corporation.
He was a 2023 summer associate at Miles & Stockbridge.
