Biography
Danielle Dolch handles all aspects of commercial real estate transactions.
She assists clients through the lifecycle of a transaction, from preparing, reviewing and negotiating contracts to assisting with due diligence to conducting closings and handling post-closing matters. She has represented a national homebuilder in land acquisition and development matters, including preparation, review and negotiation of raw land contracts, lot purchase agreements, building pad purchase agreements and ancillary documents such as security instruments and assignment agreements.
Danielle also counsels on ownership structure and the manner of taking title to real property, including transfer and recordation tax matters and beneficial ownership reporting requirements. She has experience in regulatory compliance work with an emphasis on RESPA and related state laws, including advising real estate brokers and other settlement service providers on licensing and business operations, regulatory compliance and ethics matters, and risk mitigation strategies.
A licensed title producer in Maryland, Virginia and Washington, D.C., Danielle also serves a co-chair of the Purchase and Sale Committee of the American Bar Association’s Section of Real Property, Trusts and Estates as well as a member of the Maryland State Bar Association’s Real Property Section Council.
