Biography
Elizabeth Stamas assists clients in a variety of commercial real estate matters.
She provides counsel on purchase agreements, sale agreements, partnership agreements and leases, as well as guides projects through various approval procedures.
Elizabeth previously worked at an Am Law 100 firm where she handled mergers and acquisitions and real estate transactions and advised companies on corporate formation and governance.
Elizabeth is a graduate of the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law, where she received the Business Law Certificate. She was a student attorney for the Intellectual Property and Entrepreneurship Clinic, and an intern at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in the Office of the Chief Accountant. She is a recipient of the William P. Cunningham Award.
