Joshua Kahn, a principal in the firm's Products Liability & Mass Torts practice group, will be participating in a panel discussion titled "Mass Tort and Products Update—Big Cases and Big Developments" at the American Bar Association's 2021 Joint Virtual Regional CLE Program. The event, presented by the Section of Litigation’s Environmental & Energy, Mass Torts, and Products Liability Litigation Committees, is a one-of-a-kind CLE program that brings in-house counsel, members of the judiciary and academia, and plaintiffs’ and defense counsel from across the country together.
Program Description:
This panel will highlight some of the biggest recent mass tort and product liability MDL cases, including settlement issues, expert and discovery battles, and appellate rulings. Examples will include the Bayer/Monsanto Roundup litigation.
