Noel Manalo, a principal in the firm’s Frederick office, participated in the “Housing Panel on Affordable Housing for Seniors.” The event was hosted by the Frederick County Commission on Aging whose purpose is to advise the county executive and the Department of Aging on all matters relating to development and administration of the area plan and operations and to be advocates for issues relating to aging.
Program Description:
The Frederick County Commission on Aging (COA) will host a Housing Panel on affordable housing in Frederick County. The panel is open to the public and includes five speakers who will discuss challenges related to finding affordable and flexible housing options for seniors in the county. The panel is being held in conjunction with the COA’s monthly meeting.
A 10-minute presentation by each speaker will be followed by a question-and-answer session.
