M&S lawyers are invited to join Stephanie Baron and Susan DuMont in kicking off the 2022 CollegeBound Annual Lawyer’s Campaign. CollegeBound is a local non-profit organization that provides assistance to Baltimore City Public High School students in preparing for, applying to, and ultimately paying for College. For 30 years, nearly all of the law firms in Baltimore City and many lawyers throughout Maryland have supported CollegeBound via the Annual Lawyer’s Campaign, including many of you who have generously supported the Campaign for years!
You can also see the firm’s fundraising page and make an online donation to CollegeBound here. Anyone who makes a donation before the end of the year will be entered into the Campaign’s raffles to win great prizes—in the past prizes have included Ravens tickets, restaurant gift cards, and other cool things.
On October 19, the Campaign will have its annual kick-off celebration at the Reginald F. Lewis Museum – you can read more about this free event or register here. This is a great opportunity to learn more about the organization and network with other local attorneys, and will include a keynote address by Judy Smith, a Crisis Management Expert and the inspiration for Oliva Pope, the lead character in the hit TV show Scandal, and a CollegeBound alumni!
