About the Miles Minority Network:

The Miles Minority Network (MMN), along with its sister affinity groups, shares the common interest of promoting a welcoming and inclusive environment for lawyers and professional staff firmwide. To further this goal, MMN provides a professional and social network for members of the group, supports and promotes the professional and business development of its lawyer members, aids the firm’s recruiting efforts, and sponsors initiatives geared toward raising awareness and delivering educational programming firmwide on topics related to diversity, equity, inclusion and issues impacting the communities represented by its members.

MMN also prides itself on creating opportunities, like the annual Holiday Party, to build a vibrant minority professional community and serve as a resource for professionals of all backgrounds in the mid-Atlantic region.
