Russel Randle, a principal in the firm’s Washington, D.C. office, will be participating in a non-CLE program presented by the American Bar Association's Section of International Law Export Controls and Economic Sanctions titled “2018 US Export Controls Year-in-Review”. This is a brown-bag lunch event for those participating in person; only drinks will be served for the audience.

Program Description:

The eighth annual US export controls year-in-review event will discuss significant developments in 2018 with respect to US export controls, including the Export Control Reform Act of 2018. After a busy 2018, this event will be helpful to, among others, compliance personnel updating and reviewing policies and procedures to make sure they reflect current US export controls. We will also discuss enforcement trends under US export controls.
