Part I of PCI’s three-part webinar series on international contracting explores what government contractors need to know about export controls compliance. The course will provide an overview of the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). The course will also discuss the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) sanctions regulations and FAR 25.7’s restrictions on prohibited sources.
