Part II of PCI’s three-part webinar series on international contracting will cover the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act. The course will provide an overview of FCPA prohibitions, as well as the civil and criminal fines that may be imposed upon companies found to be in violation. The course will discuss best practices, what contractors can do to implement an anti-corruption compliance program, and some of the challenges associated with maintaining a communications platform abroad.
