Government Contracting

Part III of PCI’s three-part webinar series on international contracting will cover foreign investments and how they affect government contractors.  The course will provide an overview of the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS), filing requirements for covered transactions, and penalties associated with non-compliance.  The course will also discuss regulations affecting the foreign ownership, control or influence (FOCI) of U.S. companies, including those set forth in the Department of Defense’s National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM) Rule.
