Nancy Greene Adds CEO to Her Title at Miles & Stockbridge, Becoming First Woman in the Role

Nancy Greene is taking on the additional titles of CEO and president after being re-elected to a second term as chairman of Miles & Stockbridge.

Greene, who became the 89-year-old law firm's first female chairman in 2018, is now also the first woman to be named CEO and president. Joseph Hovermill, who has served as CEO for the last three years and president for the past six years, will continue to serve on Miles & Stockbridge's board of directors while returning to his practice full time. The leadership changes announced Monday became effective Feb. 18.
