Biography

Nancy Greene, Chairman Emeritus and a member of the firm's Board of Directors, advises real estate clients on acquisitions, development, leasing and lending.

She represents regional and national financial institutions, property owners and tenants, commercial developers and healthcare organizations, bringing extensive experience in the negotiation of purchase agreements, joint development agreements, partnerships and limited liability company agreements, as well as various types of loan documents.

Nancy’s lending practice involves financings for real estate projects of various sizes and purposes, including sophisticated syndicated loans for numerous lending institutions. She has an extensive leasing practice, and advises clients on the full scope of retail, office and industrial leases and related matters.

She served as Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of the firm from 2018-2026, the first woman to lead Miles & Stockbridge in its history.

She is active in numerous regional and national real estate industry and civic associations.
