We litigate in all forums:
- At the federal level, we represent clients in bid protests at the General Accountability Office, the Court of Federal Claims, and the Federal Circuit, claims by and against prime contractors and subcontractor sponsored claims at the Boards of Contract Appeals, the Court of Federal Claims, and the Federal Circuit;
- At the state and local level, bid protests, prime contractor/subcontractor disputes and other actions involving state and local procurement agencies in federal, state and local courts and before state and local agency forums; and
- At the international level, disputes under the auspices of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) and the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC).
