Government Contracts

Adam Bartolanzo and Lauren Fleming will present "Cost-Plus Contract Management" through the Public Contracting Institute. The course will discuss what a cost-reimbursement contract is, the different types of cost-plus contracts, and the major government players in the cost-plus world. The course will also examine the requirement for an adequate accounting system and what the audit and disallowance processes entail, before diving into a discussion of the core concepts of allowability, allocability, and reasonableness.
