Pete Dungan, Principal

He brings two decades of national security and public procurement law experience to bear for his clients. A litigator by training, he secures positive results for contractors in bid protests and contract claims against federal agencies as well as state, local, and educational (SLED) organizations.

Steve Ramaley, Principal

Chambers recognizes Ramaley for “his experience on Small Business Administration matters, with further capabilities on bid protests.”

He supports clients in all areas of government contracting, with a focus on the SBA’s socioeconomic government contracting programs, including the small business, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, Woman-Owned Small Business, 8(a) Business Development and HUBZone programs. He frequently writes and speaks on challenges facing the government contracts and grants communities and has given testimony as a subject matter expert before Congress.
