Government Contracts

Like many other activities, investigations at the U.S. International Trade Commission, and in particular investigations under Section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930, ceased during the federal government shutdown. As a result, Section 337 investigations had been on hold, with new complaints pending institution, significant decisions awaiting ITC review and the usually accelerated schedules for ongoing investigations suspended.
