Biography

Jami M. Watt represents businesses and individuals in corporate and securities matters at all stages of the business lifecycle.

Her practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions; business entity formation; corporate governance; restructurings; and corporate, limited liability company and partnership transactions.

Jami brings additional business experience to Miles & Stockbridge, working most recently managing business operations for a cyber security government contractor, as well as previously managing major government contracts for an international consulting firm. Jami has also worked as an auditor for a Big 4 Accounting Firm.

Jami graduated magna cum laude from the University of Baltimore School of Law, where she was Editor-in-Chief of the University of Baltimore Law Review and Treasurer of the Women’s Bar Association. Jami received her B.S. in Business Administration, magna cum laude, with a focus in accounting, from the University of Pittsburgh College of Business Administration.
