Josh Kahn will be moderating an ABA regional CLE panel discussion with Laura Cellucci, Sarah Heineman of the Bayer Corporation, Steven Skikos of Skikos, Crawford, Skikos & Joseph in San Francisco and Ken Feinberg, who served as Special Master of the September 11 Victim Compensation Fund. Their panel, “Exit Approaching: Resolving Mass Tort Litigation” will cover methods used to resolve mass torts claims—including class action settlements, bankruptcy settlements and national settlement programs—and the elements of litigation that can promote or impede resolution.
