Biography
Maria Segura represents mortgage lenders in several types of commercial real estate financing transactions, with an emphasis on Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac multifamily programs.
She previously worked at Hilton Worldwide, where she reviewed, drafted and negotiated commercial agreements. She also managed complex real estate transactions, including performing due diligence and executing franchise registrations and disclosure requirements.
Maria is fluent in Spanish.
