This #WomensHistoryMonth, we are pleased to highlight M&S principal Cynthia C. Allner, who represents financial institutions and borrowers in transactional and public finance matters. In her 40 years at Miles, she has marked many firsts, including as the first woman to lead our recruitment efforts, co-chair the business department and be elected to the firm’s board of directors. 

“I found that transactional work came naturally to me, that I was driven to get results for our clients and that I love to be challenged,” Cindy says. In addition to her practice, she also has served in outside board roles for TerraLex and the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond.
