Biography

Noreen Qureshi represents banks and institutional lenders in a variety of commercial real estate financing transactions.

She assists with construction, acquisition, refinancing, and permanent financing loans utilizing multiple types of financing structures. Noreen’s national practice includes nursing homes, assisted living facilities, hospitals and multi-family housing. She counsels clients on low-income housing tax credits, municipal bonds, loan assignments, health care accounts receivable financing, and government mortgage-backed securities.

Noreen previously worked on Capitol Hill as a staffer for Sen. Edward M. Kennedy and with the Senate Judiciary Committee, Subcommittee on Antitrust and Business Competition as the Keenen Peck/Bob LaFollette Legal Fellow for Sen. Herb Kohl.

Noreen served as a judicial intern for Judge Ronna Lee Beck of the Superior Court of the District of Columbia.
