The Daily Record Leaders in Law Profile: Susan DuMont
Congratulations to Susan DuMont, a talented associate in our Litigation practice, who was honored last night with The Daily Record's Generation J.D. award, given to attorneys admitted to the bar for 10 years or less and who demonstrate professional accomplishment, community service and a strong commitment to the legal profession early in their careers.
Susan focuses her practice on product safety, providing counsel to manufacturers, importers and distributors of consumer products. In this work, she also represents corporations in high-stakes matters related to consumer safety and complex product recalls.
In the community, she serves on the board of OpenWorks, which works to make tools, technology and the knowledge to use them accessible to all. She also co-chairs the pro bono committee at Miles & Stockbridge and serves on the Board of Maryland Volunteer Lawyers Services.
