  • New Associate Orientation. A comprehensive onboarding experience that introduces new lawyers to our culture, systems and expectations.
  • Integration Meetings. We recognize that successful integration is critical, particularly for lateral attorneys. We offer ongoing support to help new and lateral attorneys successfully transition and build strong internal connections.
  • Training Programs. Through Miles University, our in-house learning platform, we offer a range of programs focused on legal knowledge, practice skills and professional growth at every career stage. We also support substantive education for our attorneys through our privileged membership with the Practicing Law Institute.
  • Associates & Counsel Committee. This group advocates for associate and counsel interests, collaborates on strategic direction of professional development initiatives, and ensures our programs remain responsive to evolving needs.
  • Mentoring. We offer a multi-tiered mentoring program that connects lawyers with experienced colleagues for guidance, support and career insight. These relationships are designed to foster professional growth, enhance engagement and provide meaningful opportunities for connection.
  • Evaluations and Feedback. Timely, constructive feedback is essential to development and supports continuous improvement and career progression. This is reinforced by a formal annual review process that provides an opportunity to evaluate performance, establish goals and guide ongoing professional development
  • CLE and External Development. We provide support for continuing legal education opportunities and participation in external programs, conferences and certifications to help lawyers stay at the forefront of the profession.
