The Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission (M-NCPPC) standard form category I and category II forest conservation easement includes a provision requiring a "specific reference" to the easement in a separate paragraph in "any subsequent deed, sales contract, mortgage, lease or other legal instrument by which any possessory or equitable interest in the Property is conveyed."
